Some of the practices of funded groups have used their power illegally I was just informed that one of the groups which has the rights to follow people which are signed with some of the non-for-profit-groups for instants one in question is a "Institute for Police Studies" as in "Cells to Society" some of the N.F.P. organizations have in fact have done this; using people from jail also from the streets as well as from college to commit this act; I have witness this effort used evening toward me and a women from Deborah House have said to me the same thing has happen to them; I have witness as I have said before consulars and a property manager sending women and men with H.I.V to the same groups of clients that they are supposed to help I have witness this in the 319 Dempster building of Evanston.
