In December there was a truck label La-Force in which where two men along with to other men from H.O.D.C and property manager from Connections for the homeless shelter to change the locks in the 319 Dempster Evanston location which a client of Th-res-Hold and now Connections was alive; this same client in which was sent too ID me to some gang members at one time when I filed on some crooked police officers of the 023 district a Mark Schmitt badge muber 19103 and a Micheal White and a third officer name officer Rea's all of the 023 district police station; anyway this client named Phil Williams around the 23rd of December he was alive now it didn't take that many people to change the locks of the tenants doors and the back and front door of the 319 Dempster building a total of five men which had a; U-haul sized truck outside
Of the building labeled; La-Force but on the second day had a 3/4 ton truck also labeled La-Force on the second day La-Force showed up with only one workers there was two property managers a Dave Moreno and a Maria Lopez's; I had seen Dave Moreno with another client of Connection at the 1458 Chicago location at the Evanston location after the locks was changed this person which had the same last name as mine which is Williams I would see him leaving and coming from another apartment many times on the same 3rd floor I would also see the person who was found D.O.A leaving that same apartment before the locks were changed this was the funny part there was and inspection of the apartments of the 319 Dempster building in which a women inspected the apartments Dave Moreno was also there when I mention the team

I have notice that since I have been sign with Lincoln Park Shelter and Entry Point aka Hilda's Place, aka Connections for the homeless I have witness corruption in third degree and two of the people they have used to entrap me with the help of 023 and 024 and now Evanston have been found D.O.A. five of the last was Rodney Moore of Connections, and Phil Williams of Connections by way of I suspect Thres-hold these men were used for Connections and some crooked police officers benefits if I should die I also suspect it won't be of natural causes it will be because I stood up against these well funded corrupt groups and people in which I suspect die before there time.
